Soundview Commercial Capital, founded in the Seattle area in 2011, connects real estate owners and developers with sources of capital using our large network of lenders and investors. We tailor our services to every client’s needs because we are dedicated to helping them succeed. This personalized approach to providing the capital markets expertise needed allows our clients to focus on moving their business forward with a clear direction.
While we are headquartered in the Seattle area and much of our activity has been focused in Washington and Oregon, we also work with clients throughout the Western U.S.
